Laser Cutting -----------

Our Laser and Plasma cutting machinery will precision cut any sheet metal alloy up to 3/4” thick.

Shapes are drawn and nested on the computer and the data is sent to the appropriate cutting machine.

Prototyping can be accomplished quickly and effieciently.

Our 1500 watt Mazak Champ Laser Table has a precision tollerance down to .004”.

Thickness capabilities are: Aluminum .032”-3/16”;  Steel 26gage-1/2”; Stainless Steel 26gage-3/16”;  Galvanized Steel 26gage-11gage.

Sheet size is up to 4’ X 8’.

Plasma Cutting ----------

Our high-definition AKS Plasma Table has a precision tollerance down to .010”.

Thickness capability is any metal up to 3/4”.

Sheet size is up to 5’ X 10’.

Our part nesting software additionally assists us with material usage and cutting times for accurate costing and quoting. Please contact us for a quote.
